Cancellations, Credits & Refunds

Plans change, and that's fine. Here's how rescheduling, cancellations, credits, and refunds work at SNVORA.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel your class yourself anytime up to 48 hours before it starts. Within 48 hours of your class, email training@snvora.com and we'll do our best to help.

Credits

Cancel more than 48 hours out and we'll automatically issue you a transferable credit for what you paid, good for 12 months. Use it yourself or pass it to a friend. To redeem it, enter your credit code in the "Have a code?" field at checkout when you book a future class.

Refunds

Prefer a refund instead of a credit? Email training@snvora.com and we'll refund your payment minus transaction fees.

Weather

Our classes run rain or shine. The only reason we'll ever call one off is safety.
